Rap mogul Jay-Z<\/a> was seen arriving at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday for Game 2 of the Eastern Semifinals series between the NY Knicks and the Philadelphia 76ers. The Knicks lead the 76ers 2-0 in the NBA Playoffs.<\/p>\n

Jay-Z performed his “farewell” concert at Madison Square Garden on November 25, 2003. But instead of leaving Hip-Hop for good as promised, he stuck around for another 23 years. The NY native married pop star Beyonc\u00e9 in 2008, and they welcomed 3 children.<\/p>\n

Jay-Z, 56, is planning a memorable concert series at NY’s Yankee Stadium on July 10 and 11 to mark the 30th anniversary of his debut album, Reasonable Doubt<\/em> (1996). He also plans to highlight the 25th anniversary of his classic album, The Blueprint<\/em> (2001).<\/p>\n

Due to popular demand, a third concert has been added for July 12. Yankee Stadium has a seating capacity of over 46,000.<\/p>\n

Tickets are still available for all three shows. The cheapest ticket is $310 including fees on SeatGeek<\/a>. Prices for his other two shows start at $353 and $496 including fees. The most expensive ticket sold for $4,500<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, tongues are still wagging about Jay-Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy, breaking Anna Wintour’s longstanding rule<\/a> about wearing sunglasses at the Met Gala.<\/p>\n

The 14-year-old debutante stood her ground and refused to budge after four adults asked her to remove her shades.<\/p>\n
